Standards for Taylor and Maclaurin Series:
The curricular standards written by the College Board for BC Calculus, were used to guide my curricular updates and were written in the Understanding by Design framework by Wiggins & McTighe (2011).
Teaching Materials:
The teaching materials are provided by the Larson & Edwards textbook, Multivariable Calculus. The teacher guide provides “comments” and “teaching tips” to help develop understandings of the material and common student misconceptions (Larson & Edwards, 2013). The technology provided by the Larson and Edwards is student access to multiple-choice questions, videos of Edwards working at a chalkboard, and enlarged graphics in a PDF format.
